Worst gluten free pizza crust we've eaten. Like hardtack......a lot better ones at other restaurants. Too bad...

I was here today at 3:00 p.m. and they gave me a large when I payed for a family sized pizza. When I called to ask for a refund... of the difference of the prices they said that they had to see the pizza. I brought the pizza back and they remade it the rightsize. They did not apologize and were quite rude. I have been going to various Papa Murphy's for years and never received suchpoor service. Check your order if you go here especially if you live far away because there is a non zero chance they will messit up and than act like you are trying to scam them when all you want to do is be charged the correct amount for the product youreceived. I will still eat at Papa Murphy's in the future, however I most likely will go the extra distance to go to the one inPort Angeles where they at least have some common curtsy. Read more

We ordered the $10 special extra large Brooklyn sausage and pepperoni pizza. It was HORRIBLE. The crust was extra thin and not... foldable. Hardly any cheese. It seemed like they cut all the ingredients in half to sell it at $10. I was really lookingforward to a cheesy soft pizza and ended up with cardboard! Read more

Walked in and was greeted with "you the door dash order"...and when I said no, I noticed all the food was empty and they just... looked at me. They are posted to be open till 8pm and it was about 7m till 8 on Memorial Day weekend. I told them it was before8pm and neither worker offered to make a pizza. If you are supposed to be open you should serve your patrons. Bad business! Read more
