Good tasting pizza. Friendly people. A large pizza can feed 4 or 3 really hungry adults.
Poor service training and management. If you order to go, they don't call out your order when it's ready so it sits getting cold... because you can't see from the waiting area (it's behind the employee only counter). We ordered 2 takeout items...the Aztec salad & a Club sandwich with French fries. We got home only to find that the salad had... no dressing on it or provided for it & the Club sandwich was missing the ordered fries. The attention to detail is definitelylacking. We dine at Napoli's every Thursday. Just last Thursday, December 1, 2021, We had the best entrées we have ever experienced. ... The entrées were presented graciously and the taste was celestial. At Napoli's, I appreciate the attention to COVID safety,the cleanliness, the way the staff makes the customer feel valued. Lianne, the manager, checked our vax status the first timewe came in for lunch and remembered our names and status on subsequent visits. The service is fast, the prices frightfully low,the servings generous and if you get a free Totem Rewards card, the prices are even lower. If you are wondering what weordered, it was the General Tso's Rice Bowl and Mongolian Beef Rice bowl. They were loaded with meat, vegetables and anexquisite sauce. We were transported. Read more

I love how tasty and hearty their clam chowder is and the chicago pizza has so much cheese tho, pizza is a bit on a saltier... side. Clam chowder is great!!! Read more
Really disappointed in customer service usually we have a great experience but, not only was the cashier dismissive she gave us... a # for table saying our soup would be out shortly it?s been 20 min and she approached us to let us know she delivered our soupto an empty table she passed by us to deliver to and informed us it had been there awhile and asked if we would like a new soupand salad I?m confused why she passed by us first off and secondly why she delivered to an empty table and last why wouldn?t wewant new soup and salad considering ours had been sitting at a table??? And to top it all off didn?t apologize I?m throughlyconfused considering food service and great service equals great tip!!! Now I?m afraid my main dish will be delivered to thewrong table!! Read more
