Good tasting pizza. Friendly people. A large pizza can feed 4 or 3 really hungry adults.
Poor service training and management. If you order to go, they don't call out your order when it's ready so it sits getting cold... because you can't see from the waiting area (it's behind the employee only counter). The espresso is often bearly warm, thepizza is very greasy, and the food is generally very over priced. Read more
We ordered 2 takeout items...the Aztec salad & a Club sandwich with French fries. We got home only to find that the salad had... no dressing on it or provided for it & the Club sandwich was missing the ordered fries. The attention to detail is definitelylacking. We dine at Napoli's every Thursday. Just last Thursday, December 1, 2021, We had the best entrées we have ever experienced. ... The entrées were presented graciously and the taste was celestial. At Napoli's, I appreciate the attention to COVID safety,the cleanliness, the way the staff makes the customer feel valued. Lianne, the manager, checked our vax status the first timewe came in for lunch and remembered our names and status on subsequent visits. The service is fast, the prices frightfully low,the servings generous and if you get a free Totem Rewards card, the prices are even lower.
