Arrived in line at 1:23pm. After waiting for about 15 minutes at the drive up, I ordered, paid and then was told to park in the... "number 2 spot" because they didn't have any fries (1:37pm). After waiting and waiting, I shut the car off. Another 7 minuteslater I got my food. (1:44) the filet o fish were slapped halfway on the bun & half off, & not hot at that point. I guess theyput them in the bag and waited for the fries to be ready. Didnt want to waste another 20 minutes to complain.. so I left. Wow,21 minutes to get food. Wont do that again Read more
Stood at counter for over 5 minutes with employees walking around and not acknowledging us or customers behind us. And finally... when gal came over she sounded exhausted, zero personality. I will never return to this McDonald's. Total different customerservice in port Angeles. Read more
Fast, efficient, typical McDonald's food. Not one piece of lettuce in it's fish sandwich. Fries, and milk shake were very good.
Ordered breakfast before their cutoff and was told to park. After 20 minutes I went inside to ask what's up with my order and... was told they stop serving breakfast. The manager was unprofessional and flippant. I guess if I want good service I'll go to PA,which is hilarious. Read more
My mobile order was wrong so I cancelled it and when I tried to use it again I was told by the employee at the drive through... because of the cancellation I would not be able to order another meal and use my daily deal so I did not order McDonald's atall. It wasn't their fault, but they could have at least tried to help. All and all this location does a pretty good job mostof the time. Not every place or every person is perfect. Read more
I finally had to ask for help...and eventually one person looked me in the eye and told me someone take my order "shortly". All... seemed busy but did not appear to be short staffed, and there was no one assigned to the order area. Read more
After my now second visit and the same thing happened to my drive through order. I order a large fries with my combo meal and... again I'm struck with the question why am I paying for a large?? They were totally cool replacing them, however am I theonly.one who realizes that now as I wait for my hot fries, the rest of my food is going cold! So the delema is eat my mealfryless? Or eat my meal as a meal only half of which is hot? ???? answe: compromise, nibble while waiting for hot fries, thenenjoy all together. Then it happens the polite young man brings my individually bagged large hot fries to the window of my carand WHAM!! IS THIS A JOKE?? AM I ON CANDID CAMERA!?!?
