The service at this location in Seneca is often extremely slow and then they often also forget the order. This is the only... Starbucks location we frequent that seems to struggle. We make sure now when we go in or drive through that our order is rightbefore we step away. They are kind and always correct the mistakes. Don't go there if you are in a hurry. Read more

I work at a Starbucks myself and I stoped by to spend my stars and drinks were terrible. The Carmel ribbon crunch is one of the... biggest drinks that we sell. My whip cream on the top was not even whip cream it was melting off my drink. There was no Carmelin the cup or crunches. I also ordered a double chocolate chip Frappuccino and i got a mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino.
