The only reason there is any stars is because the food is still good? other than that, the service here is not good. They don?t... acknowledge you when you walk in, the move as slow as humanly possible to complete orders. I placed an online order at 11:45 tobe ready at 12:20. There was no one there customer wise when I arrived at 12:20 and they still hadn?t even started on my order?not sure why they ran it this way, but thank goodness I wasn?t in a hurry. Waited outside til 10:10AM before calling and was told they ?literally just opened? and the cashier wasn?t there yet. The labor... shortage is so bad they need to cross train people to learn how to unlock doors and press buttons on the register. Read more
Went for lunch yesterday looking forward to their famous chicken sandwich. After ordering was told they are out of the filets... for the sandwich. So I ordered the spicy strips and was told it would be 8 min to cook them because they weren't ready. Won'teat here again. Second time I've been here and been disappointed. I ordered at the drive through so all I can comment on is the food it was not good I have ate at Popeyes lots of times and the... dirty rice has always been one of my favorites but I don't know what was going on with that rice but boy let me tell you it wasso bad I didn't even want to go back and ask them to replace it I didn't think my stomach could take another bite of anythingout that kitchen. The food is really good, when they actually take your order or give you what you want. I work nearby and stop frequently, in the... past 3 times I?ve been here in the last two weeks they?ve been out of buns, so I ordered strips and waited over 20 minutes forthem. Then I sat in the drive through in the pouring rain for about 5 minutes before they asked what I wanted and I got thewhole inside of my car soaked. And then finally today their computers are down and they can?t take orders. I understand that nonpreventable things happen sometimes, but it just seems like I always get excuses when I go here.
