The only reason there is any stars is because the food is still good? other than that, the service here is not good. They don?t... acknowledge you when you walk in, the move as slow as humanly possible to complete orders. I placed an online order at 11:45 tobe ready at 12:20. There was no one there customer wise when I arrived at 12:20 and they still hadn?t even started on my order?not sure why they ran it this way, but thank goodness I wasn?t in a hurry. The food is really good, when they actually take your order or give you what you want. I work nearby and stop frequently, in the... past 3 times I?ve been here in the last two weeks they?ve been out of buns, so I ordered strips and waited over 20 minutes forthem. Then I sat in the drive through in the pouring rain for about 5 minutes before they asked what I wanted and I got thewhole inside of my car soaked. And then finally today their computers are down and they can?t take orders. I understand that nonpreventable things happen sometimes, but it just seems like I always get excuses when I go here.
