I called to place an order was put in hold 4 times. Then I hanged up and called back and was put on hold again twice.
My bf and I got a gluten free pizza (they only come in small) each. The pizza itself was so delicious ???? my only complaint is... that it was a bit pricey. We could of got 4 large pizzas for that price at the grocery store. Read more
Excellent customer service from Daniel who took our order. Very courteous and helpful. I ordered the all meat! DELICIOUS FROM... SAUCE, TO TOPPINGS AND EVEN THE CRUST! Definitely order extra for leftovers because it's so good! Read more
I ordered a deluxe pizza and after a few slices I noticed they didn't have my sausage on there. I called the store and they said... it's because they ran out....well that would have been nice to know. I should have gotten a call asking if I wanted tosubstitute but I didn't. The pizza really tasted bland without the sausage. If I had a choice I would have substituted and gotbeef in place of sausage. NEXT TIME GIVE THE CUSTOMERS A CHOICE. DON'T JUST SENT WHAT YOU WANT!!!!!! And he didn't even offer acomplimentary pizza. Smh at Marco's. Read more
I never received confirmation that my pizza is ready for pick up. Anyway, I arrived on time to pick up. When, I got home I found... that pizza was cold and partially burned. It was like it was made for somebody else long ago. Read more

I used to love this place! But after calling them and telling them how weird the pizza looked, they offered to replace the... pizza. Sounded good until the driver arrived acting rude and told me that there was nothing wrong with the pizza and that is howit?s supposed to look.
