We ordered chicken tenders. Had already paid for our food. Then we were told they didn't have tenders but they would substitute... regular chicken. We accepted the substitute. When we got home with the food the popcorn chicken was so hard you couldn't chewit. Bottom line it wasn't a good visit. Will we go back, definitely not. We paid $25 for nothing. Read more
I've always loved KFC. My Dad was head cook for over 20 years. I know as a kid my day was always made when Colonel Sanders would... come for a visit at the store where my Dad worked. He was such a humble man and he would sit us on his lap and he didn't mindthat l would pull on his goat tee, he would just laugh. Now the stores seem to be missing the humble l always saw in this manand how he treated the customers while he was there. He cared about his stores and each person that walked in because customersare the reasons that all business stay open and each one needs to know that you appreciate them for coming. Alot of businessseem to have lost the real meaning and why their door's are still open. So everyone needs to remember that taking care of thecustomers keeps your job. Best chicken in town best price also. Much better than the bo jangle better price too. Well I need to change my review just left... there got a 12 piece family meal first they over charged us, it should have been 29.99 they charged us 41.94 then we ask for nothigh they gave us 6 no wings4legs,2breast we ordered for our three sides coleslaw macaroni and cheese,and green beans. We gotcream potatoes and gravy, corn,coleslaw. That lady with the red weave looked at us like we can't get what we payed for and Iguess she showed us also. I shouldn't have given them a good review,my bad and I should have came home and cooked. Check your receipts that's if you get one we didn't get one but, it comes to our phone. This was about a week ago. The doors were unlocked, so I went in. The only person I saw was rude as hell. Said not taking orders... inside have to go through drive through.
