Terrible. Right hand to God they?ve messed up my order the past 4 times. I order the same thing a whole steak wedgie with no... tomato, no onion, no sweet pepper and no Mushroom! They comped the last time?so yesterday when I ordered it was ?free?. I had totake my wedgie up there to show the dummies working there that they put all of that on the wedgie. Either these people are juststupid or they just don?t care. I have $10 left in ?credit? and that will be the last time I use Fox?s. The one in Seneca, atleast. The ?General Manager? Love their pizza but sometimes when I call no one answers and I have to order from another place.

Every time we order it takes nearly two hours to get our food, which has seriously dropped in quality over the course of the... last year or so. I don't know who's in charge of the franchise, but people don't order freakin' pizza thinking they will eat ittwo hours later! We're understanding people. We get it, we have worked in restaurants and understand rushes and sometimes theball gets dropped. Sometimes you don't have the staff, or the drivers etc etc...it takes alot for us to say anything negativeabout service. Tonight when we called to ask about our order a rude old woman answered the phone and proceeded to argue with usabout when our order was placed and who took it and the delay for deliveries tonight. It's freakin' Tuesday night. You can'ttell me the place is so slammed you can't get a pie out the door in under an hour and 45. We've been in the horns as to everordering from fox's in seneca ever again up to this point. We used to order several times per month. Roccko's pizzeria will betaking our business from this point forward. Fox's...for the sake of your business...get your self together!!! And fire thewoman who has had multiple complaints on here. She's doing you no favors. We can accept a lack of quality if time isn't anissue for conveiniance's sake. We can accept a prolonged delivery if you're slammed...provided you tell us. What we can'taccept in declining quality, terrible delivery times, and an argument when we call to ask why our food is two hours late. Read more
Honestly, the food could be worse. How it is prepared is hit and miss. When I ordered they specifically asked for here or to go,... I said here. After all of my friends received there food (30-45 minutes later), mind you I ordered first, I went up to ask andit had been just sitting there. Then, my friends had gotten the wrong thing and had stated that. The lady then informed themthat she was the one correct and that she had stated the order back. My friends had stayed multiple times what the wantedrepeatedly because she kept messing up on the machine. This was by far the worst customer service I have ever seen. I am a quitepatient and forgiving person. But when you completely disrespect a customer because of your own mistake, that is the worst thingyou could possibly do. Please get new friendly staff in this place or you will loose all of your customers. Will not be back. Read more
