Well been taking my family there for quite some time after Sunday school 14 of us each time to be exact kids and... grandkids. After having no pizza on the Sunday buffet on more than one occasion and waiting in line for the next 1 to hit thebar so we could all race for it,we talked to them on a Saturday evening about the buffet. when we came in to eat the next dayafter Sunday school we were met at the register by the owners wife and we?re shocked at there response. As a family and achurch group we were told that our complaint was a harassment of there employees and that because of our (kind ) referring toour church group,that she had people that would not eat there. She let me know in no uncertain terms our family and our kind (church group) were no longer welcome there. Oh and by the way this was on Mother?s Day and by the words of the owners wife. Weenjoyed a wonderful Mother?s Day at CICI?s in Joplin with all the family ?plenty of pizza, they got simple Simmons business fromour group- family and we are all happy :) Read more
Used to be an excellent place to eat. Can't keep food on the buffet especially on Sunday afternoons, and was rude and claimed... they were being harassed when it was mentioned to staff. Was told "your kind" aren't welcome there. Perhaps it was just a badday? Still, customers should never be talked to in that manner. Food quality is good when it's available, but customer serviceis not a priority. Pricing is also increasing and sometimes varies depending on who is running the register. Sometimes you couldorder just the salad buffet for a discounted price and other times must pay the full amount regardless. Read more
Ok, Simple Simon is a place that you see on old TV shows, about a dinner where the town regulars hang out, the waitresses know... what's happening and actually cares how your day was. Service was prompt, given with a smile and with care. There was a groupof regulars (10 pax) at side, a D&D game happening on the other side. You can tell a lot about a place to eat where everyoneseems to be in a good mood. If you think I am exaggerating, you want to head on over for a pizza. Talking of pizza, it isreally good quality and tasty. Definitely one of the best I have had a tons better than any franchise pizza. The crust was rich,flavorful and just the right hint of crisp. The ingredients were spectacular. We ordered a small cheese, a medium Hawaiian,medium 6meat pizza, and garlic bread. I enjoyed all of it. (No I did not eat all of it by myself) I told I need to try therehamburger filled pizza so it's on my next thing to order when I go there. Go there for a fun night out. As a Seneca resident I've been a long time customer. Last Friday I got an order of Alpine sticks and when I got them home, they... were dry, had no sauce and we're burnt. I politely called to let the manager know and she took my name for a replacement thenext day. When I called, the manager was incredibly rude and said the previous manager I spoke with had 'no clue what I wastalking about.' she then refused to remake them for me and said that the owners were trying to ''crack down' on people like me.I was insulted personally, and I've been in the food and beverage service for 15 years. I will never give them another dime ofmy money. Picadilly pizza in town has exceptional customer service and better prices anyway. Very disappointed. Read more
This place is a really good option if you're looking for a cheaper Pizza buffet for lunch. Their pizzas are thick, really really... good, and quite affordable. All of the pizza is really really good, the best part is the salad bar. The salad more is alwaysfull of very fresh vegetables and an assorted array of toppings along with a nice assortment of your favorite salad dressings. Iwould recommend this place to anybody that is looking for a quick place to eat with really good food at an affordable price. Read more
We orderd in line at 5:40 pm got there at 5:55 and was told the wings were almost done. At 6:15 they bring out the wings and... tell up our pizza still hasn't went into the oven. Finally got it all at 6:30 Read more
