Since they don't carry Chicago dogs any longer, I got a regular hot dog and had them add tomatoes, jalapenos, and onions. I... then added mustard and relish. It was the closest I could get to a Chicago dog. I was amazed by how delicious it turned out! Read more

Won?t let you pay with cash in the app and won?t let you use the same card on different phones
I went to pick up my order I ordered on the app and when I got my LARGE ONION RINGS I would have called it a small and someone... one came out to remake it and when they brought it back out 10 minutes later it looks as though they only added 2-3 onion ringsin it barely a medium. I don?t think I?ll be back for awhile as this happens all the time with the onion rings. Everyone eitherneeds to be trained on what the difference is between sizes and/or trained again im tired of paying for something im notgetting. Read more
I ordered a junior deluxe burger even though it's not on the menu. Other Sonics still make it even though it's not on the menu.... This one didn't tell me they no longer offer it. Just brought me a regular junior burger. If you don't have it make sure thecustomer KNOWS. I would have ordered something else.......NOT HAPPY! Read more

My mom went there to order a "coffee hot" and they confused it somehow with a broccoli tot, which aren't even on the menu. When... she tried to tell them that she ordered a coffee. They responded "it's not on the order slip". People know what they order andthey tried to blame it on the order slip? This is not the first time this happened. Not this exact situation, but them screwingup an order and saying "it's not on the order slip", or "you already paid for it". Read more
