Went through drive through paid lady and didn't kno she was handing me change , evidently she droped my change 5.00 out the... window ,told me I had to drive forward to pick my 5.00 off the ground Horrible customer service , very rude . Read more
We ordered our food and got home the gravy was turned over so we lost about half of it and we ordered a 8 piece box of chicken... and got four and they also screwed up something else and charged us about 40+dollars for it and just think these fast foodplaces want 15.00 dollar's an hour just pitiful Read more
3 workers not paying attention to orders. I had a mobile order that was suppose to been ready at 4:24 and when I got there at... 4:31 my order still wasn't ready. They didn't even know it was a mobile order on the screen. Then when I did get my order, myfries was cold, stale, and half filled in my box.
