Place wasn't very organized. Staff were rude. I waited 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. I was the only customer... inside & there were no drive through customers. I heard people giggling in the back. When I was finally recognized, the clerkwreaked of cigarette smoke. They didn't have much of a selection. It was around 10am. The clerk said, "Whatcha see is whatchaget." My young daughter asked for a slushi drink. "We ain't had those for 3 weeks kid." I've been there 3 other times and hadsimilar experiences. I live right across the street from here but I HATE going to this location. I end up doing it more then I'd like out of... convenience and I always regret it. They rarely get my coffee right which blows my mind since they are a coffee shop. Today,they forgot some of my order so I had to get back in a long line (Not the first time). Customer service is good at this location. I go during the day/early morning sometimes. Never at night. Only con is sometimes... they're out of cold brew. Stiffen they do have it the employees always make really good coffee. Foods good too. Read more
Little disappointed that Duncan got rid of the hazelnut sweet syrup for black coffee. Ask for black coffee with sweet hazelnut... okay go sit down to eat drink it and there's cream in it when someone says black coffee that should tell you they want blackcoffee hazelnut swirl cream and their coffee LOL just saying! ask for my bacon to be crispy they did a good job on getting mycroissant a little crispy instead lol Read more
Sucked their drive-thru is down so had me walk inside just to tell me the computers were down had to drive all the way to 49th...
