I was in your store today, October 18th, 2022 at approximately 1600. I walked in, there was no line. There were 2 women behind... the counter, one was a plus sized girl the other medium sized. I started to talk, and discuss my order and the medium sizedwoman was extremely rude. She said something to the effect of "we aren't helping you right now". I was really embarrassed. Iapologized, I explained I couldn't hear, it was loud in there with multiple conversations going on around me and I can onlyhear out of one ear. I actually apologized twice and told the other girl "wow, she's really rude " I noticed they were makingan order off a receipt tape, so maybe an internet order? I have no idea. A simple "Im sorry, can you please wait one minute" mayhave been a better way to communicate with me. I won't be back there again, she was ridiculously and unnecessarily rude tome. The food was good. I ordered from Doordash. I ordered a Burrito Bowl with all the veggies, brown rice fresh tomato salsa... And got NOTHING but... the meat. Contacted Doordash, and got the same stupid dish of meat with nothing else. Will NEVER use either Doordash or thisChipotle again. Read more
I love chipotle, and this one did not disappoint. They were very friendly and I enjoyed my experience there. As a whole,... Chipotle has raised their prices a lot which I'm not a super big fan of but I understand with the price of food going up ingeneral. Read more
I personally had a good meal, only lacked 5 stars because the location seemed somewhat ?unprepared?? The staff member who was... making my food was very friendly and no complaints there. But in making my bowl, there was little white rice left so I justsettled for half white rice & half brown. Then I chose to get chicken which left them with an empty tray of chicken. So I?d hateto have been the next customer and have a lack of ingredients. Luckily it mostly worked out for me & I enjoyed sitting outside.Last complaint is the lack of an outdoor garbage can so I had to walk back inside with garbage. Strange. Read more
The bowl was half empty, you could see the sides of the plate, only the center of the bowl was filled, i even asked for... guacamole and was served a eating spoon size of guacamole which mind you costs $2 more! When we told them that this was suchsmall portions they ignored it and just said nothing. I hope to not come to this location again. DISAPPOINTED Read more
I've been to many Chipotles in my time... I have never been so disrespected at any retail store. Hailey the cashier blatantly... told me that I 'Don't have to eat here,' and giving me attitude after I was just asking for the correct ingredients in my bowl.I guess that was too much to ask for. The line workers didn't listen to everything that I was asking for in my bowl. They endedup putting the wrong ingredients in my bowl without even asking. Communication was terrible but the attitude from Hailey was theicing on the cake. I ended up feeling so ashamed as she said so loud that I ended up not paying for my bowl for the principlethat I wasn't treated civilized. Def never going back to this location. Stay clear! Read more
