I was lit upset soon we pulled up n park to get ready to inside to order to go because we deaf but the management young male... hurried to locking door the door I was like what? Why didn't he lock it earlier than locking us out front of us. On 7/28 The employees were rude. Cussing and talking about customers in front of other customers. Fries were nearly raw.
Fast friendly service. I did have to request another cola because I'd ordered no ice and the lady seemed frustrated that she had... to make me another drink. I mean how hard is it to not put ice in a cup ???? Read more
The dinning room was clean and nice and cool. Which meant a lot on this very hot day. The staff was very attentive and ... informative. The food was ready even before we got out drinks. And it was hot and delicious. Read more
Nope and nope. Saturday night, 9:30pm going through drive through after a long trip home. Placed our order, the girl was nice... enough, gave us our food and i started taking it out of the bag. Fries were as cold as a raw potato. Husband drove back throughthe drive through and asked for hot fries, girl apologized and within one minute we got new fries. These fries were reheated inhot grease and so hard they snapped. They fried them so much, there was no potato left. Then they were laughing and now we knowwhy. This Burger King used to be good, guess they aren't good at night. Burger King is rapidly losing our business anywhere.Horrible service!!!!! Read more
I truly had a good time! Me and two guests sat down and had two chicken sandwiches she ordered the grilled chicken sandwich... combo and I ordered the spicy crispy chicken combo! Which were both really really good! We always go to Burger King every chancewe get! And we would definitely recommend them to family and friends! Read more
I don't normally eat Burger King, but after a terrible experience with a joke of a fast food restaurant represented very well by... a clown I decided to try out this restaurant. Complete different experience and improved my mood even considering I had alreadylost time to eat during my lunch period and needed food and fast. This store delivered! Food was hot and fresh and my order wasaccurate without any issues. The cashier that took my order was even more professional acting then my previous attempt atanother incompetent fast food company was. 5 stars for simply doing your job and making sure I (the customer) went away happy.
