Only 3 cars in the drive through and the line didn?t move for almost 10 mins. So I left and decided to place an online order. I... came back and waited over 10mins for them to bring out my order to place in the mobile order bay and it never move so I came upto the register after a different customer asked about his. Then the association who help me said oh it?s been ready for tenminutes, then asked if I wanted any extra sauce and I said not of the order already has what I asked for and the femaleassociate replied well I just told you I didn?t add any extra. How was I supposed to know my order was ready or missing items. Iwasn?t ever given a time or an update for my order through the app either. MY ORDER WAS EVEN PUT IN YHE BAG UPSIDE DOWN ANDMISSING A NUGGET. Completely terrible service Read more
Holy cr*p! We just left this place. It took half an hour to get our meal which was one combo, a value chicken sandwich and... chicken nuggets. They didn't add fries to the combo and they didn't give us the correct burger ordered. Instead of asking if weneeded anything they just stated at us from the drive thru window... one of them looked like a manager. After long awkwardstares they eventually opened the window and asked if we needed something. When we explained the order they gave us was wrong,the lady that appeared to be a manager took the bag from my husband's hand and just stared at it... made a weird off puttingface and refrained from saying or doing anything. It was very strange. Very unprofessional. She finally shut the window andwalked to the back with our bag. We finally got our corrceted order and then noticed that the value chicken sandwich we orderedwas literally rock hard. I thought I cracked my tooth trying to bite into it. Waited in line 30 minutes, tried to order the veggie stacker that is on their website and was told they have never heard of it!... Ordered a baked potato with cheese instead- the most blah tasteless potato ever! Mom ordered a taco salad and the lid to thechili was not put on right so it spilled all over everthing in bag. When asked why they were so slow the woman working windowsnapped that she only had two workers. Not my fault. Wendy's needs to offer a living wage to their staff and until they do theywill continue to be understaffed. Consider closing the drive thru when short staffed. No more Wendy,'s for us Read more
Dinning room is never open and the drive thru waits are absolutely ridiculous. If you see a line of cars five or so deep, go... away. It'll take at least 15 minutes. Read more
I love Wendy's! This location has definitely been the best I've come to so far! They got everything in our order correct to the... T! Very courteous and polite and food was handled very well.. well packaged.. hot and fresh and delicious! I highly recommendthis location! Read more
Would have been 5 stars as food tasted great and got it pretty quick once they started taking orders. We sat in line at speaker... behind 3 cars and watched 6 more get behind us with several driving off in between as no orders were taken in about 10 minutes.Not sure what was going on but once they started taking orders it went well. This almost $8 salad is laughable. This apple pecan chicken salad, comes with a few slivers of chicken and apples. Come on... wendys! Really?? I know it's in inflation, but this is just a LACK of caring about customers' appetites but charging the max totheir wallets. Oh plus, long lines, inside isn't open. I'LL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE. This place really needs two menus on the drive through. You'll wait 20 min behind two cars, then it will take about 5 min to... figure out your order since you haven't seen the menu. Also my burgers weren't even luke warm. Straight up cold. Read more
