I've been to a few bubble tea shops in San Antonio, and this one is by far the best. They have a wide variety of flavors and... excellent quality; their ingredients simply taste better. Don?t dare make a mistake during your order and ask for it to be corrected because this place does not have good customer... service and once they have your money their mission is accomplished. Then they have the audacity to ask if I wanted to purchasea second smoothie to get the smoothie that my daughter actually wanted. She is crazy about boba and asks to go often. Hands down, some of the best boba I've ever had. I had a chocolate strawberry smoothie and it was incredible! My group all tried... different things and everyone loved what they ordered. They were very busy and the line was long, but it was definitely worththe wait. Read more
Not real ingredients anymore. Manager confirmed their ingredients are ?now? syrups. Was a loyal customer coming very often. If... you want an overly sweet syrup based smoothie then this is for you. This should be disclosed that your ingredients are syrupbased now! Very disappointed. Drove very far to get this and can?t even drink it. Read more
Had quick customer service! They were very nice . They also have butterfly pea tea (island coolers) that I have been looking for... everywhere! The drinks were fresh and cold . It was the my first time going there and I think it will be my new Boba spot. Read more
This place has an ok and well established smoothie lounge. You could hang out and enjoy an ok smoothie. They even have board... games, but some of them are unusable or broken, like for example the connect four. The smoothies are good, I have visitedhundreds of this places and the taste could be better.
