Let's just say it I LOVE STARBUCKS!! I and my family are addicted to the coffee. It's just weird that when we go to certain ones... they taste better than some others maybe it's all in the way it's made because I know they all have the same recipes. Amy on the drive-thru line thought that she could just take off the whip cream from my drink and give my the same one. Cross... contamination! I am severely allergic to dairy. This is not acceptable and she was even passive aggressive about it. Why work acustomer service job if you cannot treat people or your own job properly. Read more
The good stuff first employees kind and genuine. We received our two drinks in a timely manner. Plus they were delicious. Ok... now the not so good. The inside was absolutely filthy! Trash on the ground as well as dirty floor. If you thought that wasbad you should have seen the restrooms! Listen if you have the time to straighten product on the shelves and give inventoryquantities you should be sweeping and mopping.... just one picture below tells the story. Read more
I don't care what people say, Starbucks never fails to deliver exactly what I need. The app makes customizing my order easy and... fast, shortens wait time, my and allows me to store points as I go. I've been hitting up this company for quality product andexceptional service for decades. No matter where I'm at, I am always happy. This one was not an exception. Mobile order and still had a long wait ??????? It's dead in hear too! Employees were friendly though so you get ????
The girl behind the counter told me it would a 15 minute wait for an iced coffee. No cream. No sugar. Just a black iced coffee.... She explained to me that it was frappacino happy hour. I would understand the wait if I ordered a frappacino. It would havetaken less than a minute to pour out the coffee but instead she told me my drink was still at the back of the line after waiting5 minutes already and issued me a refund. There was nobody in line when I asked for the refund. I get being busy, but the levelof laziness was ridiculous. Read more
