Wait time is always longer. I walked in at the time of my pick up and my order wasn't even in the oven yet. I ordered online but... there seemed to be no point in that. EDITED 8/31/22 After my first visit.. It was all down hill. Let's see- Gave me the wrong sandwich, pizza still raw, missing... toppings, overcooked, and also not done anywhere near the time given on the App on a few occasions now. They need to get ittogether. Because when things are good.. The pizza is Bomb. Read more

I ordered 3 pizza's 5/13/22. 1 pepperoni, 1pepperoni and mushroom, and pepperoni and pineapple with a side of wings. I did not... see any cheese on my pizza it did not look fresh, looked like it was sitting there for more than 3 hours. I was verydisappointed. Read more
Good promotion for pick up orders. Mobile Application has a bug or 2. Store offered to correct the problem. The pizza here... tastes medicore, just like the other stores, no surprise with that. But for the price, you get what you pay for. Read more
I've ordered four pizzas in the last two months and each time I wasnt happy with the crust because it was a little over cooked... and the cheese bubbled with the burnt crust and then the last time they forgot the salami. I made them aware of mydissatisfaction and they went above and beyond to correct the last order that I brought to their attention. The pizza stilltasted good each time but I have to order extra sauce so it's not dry and over baked. I don't like crust that much so it's nottoo big a deal but i do like to eat at least one crust each time i order and i prefer chewy over crispy. I REALLY appreciatetheir customer service and being patient when i order over the phone. I order better online than phone. Read more
