As with most Mexican eateries, as soon as I saw Taco City I knew I had to give it a try. After checking out their menu online I... decided to call in an order for their Steak Fajitas. I called the order in and it was waiting when I got there ten minutesearlier than I had been told so I was glad that I went straight there. When I returned home I unpacked it and was a bitsurprised. The "salad" that came with the order was a small cup of shredded lettuce with bits of tomato and dressing which waseasily consumed in three bites. The steak was chopped into such tiny pieces that I initially thought it was ground beef. Themost surprising part however was that absolutely nothing had any seasoning of any kind. Since there was no sauce or salsaprovided I hoped that the meat, beans and rice would provide some flavor but it did not. The steak, peppers, onions and refriedbeans were exactly that, with no additional flavor what so ever. The rice did have a bit of flavor but not enough to compensatefor everything else. I know that fajitas are not traditionally a spicy dish but they also are not totally bland either. Normallywhen I try a new restaurant I go with a burrito as that tells a lot about their style. Perhaps I will give them another shotwith a burrito. If I do, I will update this review. Read more
The food is delicious, the staff make you feel very welcomed. Always enjoy our meals and now they have a full bar, beer on tap,... and a nice selection of drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The restaurant is clean, service is quick, and food is alwaysfresh! Read more

Our first time visiting and the food was amazing! The burritos are HUGE!! The Sope was my favorite!
Taco City has an authentic Mexican restaurant feel with the decorative color scheme and menu items. Walked in the restaurant and... upon taking my seat I was quickly given some chips and salsa. I felt like the food was reasonably priced and portion size wasadequate. I think the food was good also. Not great but good. It did taste authentic. Read more
