Today i made a online order of iced chai tea latte with the tim hortons app.The order placed and when i went to pickup that... order i came to know their chai tea latte machine was broken. The point is i already paid for it.If that store's machine wasbroken then it must not confirm or placed a order.Really disappointed. Read more
Got an iced coffee early in the morning before the sun was up so I couldn?t see the cup. A few hours later after sunrise I... noticed my cup had ?DO NOT USE? written on the side of the cup. I have no idea what the cup was used for or what it wascatching. I called the manager and she said she would get back to me after she looked at the cameras but I haven?t heard fromher since. This is by far the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Drive thru staff is so rude, interrupting me constantly. They messed... up my order, gave me a refund for the order and then asked me to pay for what I actually wanted. When I complained about beinginterrupted, the person working the window rolled their eyes at me. I later phoned, asked for a manager, and got a supervisor, Iexplained what had happened and I got hung up on. Do not waste your time or money here, go to the one on main. Read more
