I have only ordered through the app and made contactless pickup. Make sure to check which bags belong to you. I didn't realize 2... bags went with my order and I only took 1 bag. The bags are not banded together in any way. The food options in the appsometimes are not available in store, so you will keep getting errors when checking out and the app is not clear the reason why. Read more

Service was great, definately is a 5 star. As far as food, my husband said his buger was great..... and said he would rate his... food a 5. My food on the other hand was just ok. It only gets 2 stars because of the manager. The food is always a 5 star. On that note, the manager has ZERO customer service... etiquette. We ordered on deal dash and it doesn't give you options to order you side dip (ranch or blue cheese) andapparently that's OUR fault. Now we have to order that separately at .60 a cup for 30 wings and 3 boats of veggies. We hitthe button that allowed us to order "extra sauce " so we did. 30 wings, 3 boats of veggies, 1 Oz (because that 2 Oz cup isonly half full) of ranch. We stopped by here during a down time between lunch and dinner. We were the only patrons at this time. I could see a server... getting distracted easily with not much to do and everyone else at work has a conversation they would like to include theirco-workers in. Our server did not flinch a bit and stayed on top of her game. She was there everytime we needed something beforewe had to say anything about it. Thank you so much guys. Had not eaten at this place for many years, bad past experience of poor service. Today was much better. Our server was very... helpful. Our meals were good and decent size for money. Chicken was moist and fries were crispy and hot. Price was overallsatisfactory, soda was a bit high. My only issue was I cannot have sugar or carbonated drinks, left me with only drink option oftea which was ok BUT they were out of tea ! A bit odd since Giant grocery store is just across the street. I ordered a beer and got carded. Didn't have my ID so no alcohol. My husband knew the manager and didn't get carded. We both... are in our 50's. Over all the food was very good, ppl were nice and the rest rooms were clean. I'd have given them 5 stars if Iweren't carded. Read more

Worst experience ever, the greeting hostess (16 year old kid) said we were drunk when we came in after dinner and would not be... served. Two of us were driving and not drinking. We were laughing and having a good time as the four of us entered. Had await to get served. Manager came by and explained what the hostess was doing, but offered no apology.
