Hands down the best Subway I've ever been to. Greatest customer service I've ever seen! My family and I stopped here on our trip... from Vegas to Sedona and got sandwiches and a salad. The man working the counter was exceptionally nice and friendly andhelpful. Our sandwiches were outstanding. Read more

The store clerk was very nice and helpful. The prices are ridiculous! $20 for one sandwich. No thanks I will not be robbed... like that. Don't go here ! Read more

There was no line and 3 employees but it still took forever to get the sandwiches made. The young guy grabbing the bread and... meat was great. The older guy filling the sandwiches was just not good at this position. He couldn't or wouldn't listen when weanswered his questions about meals, he'd ask over and over... holding up the line. Even guy #1 told him. That delayed registerlady and confused her. Veggie guy decided he was going to jump from 1 sandwich to the end of the line, messing up toppings. Hejust picked them off and traded them out. Good thing it wasn't an allergy issue! It was just a complete cluster F. Opinion, older gentleman should be bread/meat man and Younger one on veggies. The lettuce is brown. The cucumbers had spots, most likelyfrozen then thawed spots, not mold/rot spot. The spinach looked off as well. The coldcut wraps were stuck to the meat, he had areal hard time getting it off, little pieces kept staying behind (pretty sure he got them all but That's not good...) No onetold us where to get the drinks, this location is inside of a gas station and they apparently share a fountain, guess theyfigured we read minds on that one. I will say, the kids meals were great at this location. Read more

One slooowww, older guy was making a sandwich for a customer. I walked up behind customer. Another customer walked up after... me. Waited. Waited. Younger guy sauntered over slowly and reluctantly. Blew into his disposable glove to get it open (I am notparticularly fastidious but really?). He then helped the customer who came up behind me. After I told my traveling companion, loudly, that I was next the 1st slow guy says "you have to stand over there". I saw no sign to this effect, and I was standingthere for awhile - I was obviously NOT with his current customer. He could have simply said "the line starts over there". Thisis a location in a very rural area and wasn't busy. Their attitude stank and I cannot recommend this Subway. I let them knowI was very unhappy with their attitude and I walked out without buying anything. It's inside a Chevron on the outskirts ofSeligman, AZ. Read more

For some reason my tuna sub was more expensive than normal. Quality was fine, as expected from a Subway. Unfortunately I... witnessed discrimination. There was an older person working there he began by asking what I would order. He was very kind andgentle making and asked everything I needed. The lady next to him, kept on talking to him and distracting him while he wasmaking my sandwich. She seem to be bothered by him being "slow" she told him that he needed to take a nap while making mysandwich. I didn't feel he was slow. He did everything right, I asked him to get my sandwich toasted. He turned around andanother lady was walking behind him without him knowing. I worked at a very busy restaurant before I learned that in a kitchenwhile walking with food behind someone cooking, prepping etc you have to yell "behind you". She didn't say anything. He bumpedon her and she said: Hey be careful! He didn't say anything. I kept staring at her then the other lady noticed me and proceededto make a joke out of the situation. He kept on finishing my sandwich and lady walked behind him again, this time she told him:Hey grandpa I am behind you OK? The cashier said that they were a friendly staff among each other while looking at me, as ifconfirming that everything is normal. I recognize bullies when I see one. I hope that older gentleman realized he is in thewrong workplace. Perhaps, Subway/Owner would change management? Read more
