I went twice to Carvel today. The first time, was to inquire about the size and the price of the Cake. The young lady that was... behind the counter was ever so nice and helpful to me giving me the information I needed. Later in the afternoon I went back tobuy an Ice Cream Cake, for a young adult Male who's Birthday is today. The Man behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. I AmA Happy Customer. Milkshakes always seem WAY to watery. They put about 3/4 milk and the rest ice cream that always results in a watery shake? no... one wants that. The staff is always friendly but that doesn?t make up for the fact of always getting our orders messed up. Please try and fix this issue. Read more

Ice cream and shakes are always great. Employees are always friendly and polite. They seem to be a little short staffed though,... as the guy behind the counter tonight was scrambling by himself trying to take care of everyone in line.
