Bagels are just average, more yeast and rise time would be an improvement. Doesn't taste like they're boiled prior to baking. ... The service is horrible. The biggest problem is gross inefficiency. They need 1or 2 people to cook ( more than 1 order at atime) , whoever is the fastest and one person to take the orders and distribute orders. Seems like the cook can only do oneorder at a time. Cashier takes 2 orders then goes to cook one. Meanwhile 6 people will be in line waiting just to place anorder for 10 to 15 minutes. You would think after seeing all these bad reviews they would step up their game and improve thebusiness to keep and gain customers & make more money but not so. Read more
Gloves gloves gloves. Clerk cooking my order went into the bathroom, flushed the toilet because of a customer complaint, and... then started to go back to my bagel to finish making it. When I asked her to change her gloves she started to defend heractions, stating the bathroom is spotless. Unacceptable. Read more
The bagels here are seriously delicious and everyone is very friendly! Only giving 4 stars this time because it seemed like... they did not listen to my order; what i got is not what i ordered but it was close enough that i did not go back andcomplain. i doordashed a bacon egg and cheese, knowing it wouldnt be the best bc nothing is ever as good when you order it vs. when you... get it in person, but i did not expect there to be a hair in the middle where the slice was. as if it was on the knife when theycut it. i already know this place isnt the cleanest bc when you watch how they work they dont change their gloves when handlingmoney or anything like that. but a hair in my food is a whole other level for me. i used to loove this place but who they havestaffed is running it into the ground. Friendly staff. They happen to have ?Holiday Cream Cheese? I highly recommend it! It?s a subtle peppermint flavor. So good on a... bagel. They also have pretzels regular shaped and candy cane shaped. Read more
