Me and my son pulled up to the drive thru on the 29th around 1130am Angelica was aggressively rude through the entire time we... ordered.Every time I said something she responds was what else.Instead of hi welcome to Wendy?s she just said Wendy?s like itwas like a what do you want response.It was nasty and rude I was so surprised this was actually a manager.When I pulled up tothe first window I could hear her yelling in the back at her co workers throwing what sounded like pans.Her employees had betterattitudes but I can tell she was making them miserable.I reported it to corporate but have not received a response.Just becauseyour a manager dosen?t give you the right to abuse your power.Try to grow up. You can always depend on Wendy's for a "quick" cup of chillie. Who else gives you this luxury? And hot chillie, this time of... year is a luxury... especially with the price Wendys offers. Very racist. I?m Hispanic and had a rude comment made by an African American manager. He assumed that I didn?t speak English and... made a comment about my race and that I didn?t want to pay. I don?t think a person of color should be racist to anotherminority. This manager was definitely verbally abusing his staff. The one Hispanic guy I saw was being told off for trying not ohelp someone at his counter. The girl at the window, an African American, was on edge and jumpy. Pulled up to the Drive Thru window and was greeted with a single "Wendy's". Not a hi, not a welcome to, just "Wendy's". I said... just a moment and I guess my moment was too long for this gentleman because after a minute or so of me trying to decide (andwaiting as there was someone changing their breakfast menu to their afternoon menu) he said "ok well have a good day. Stopped in for a quick meal and restroom break. Husband was waiting outside the restroom door for me and said nope we aren't... eating here. Employee came out of the stall and walked right past the hand washing sink.Come on Wendy's!! This Wendy's is great. I like Chocolate frosty's a lot. The people there are extra friendly. The manager Is a really good guy.... Everyone working here are nice and friendly. Everyone looked like they have been practicing the job they do, on their off timeor something because they worked were very proficiently. This team got everything right. The drive-through line look like itwas moving so fast I'm not even sure people had to stop. Eat at this restaurant. I may have an exaggerated a little bit aboutthe drive-through line. I thought it was record timing Though they still had to stop to get their food. It's worth the shortlittle drive off I-10 to get to. And if you are someone who has never tried a frosty, Welcome to America ask for a sample. Then buy the largest one they make. They have the vanilla but I like the chocolate. Read more
