Go somewhere else! 3 people inside, took 5 minutes to take our order...they were yelling at each other. Finally took our order... wanted hot latte...started to make ice latte. The guy in skinny/longer dreads poured the caramel ice from the cups back intothe ice bin... then he went to his car put on deodorant and came back inside... didn't wash his hands and was serving donuts! How many food violations was that? Then he turned on Wrap music extremely loud and sang with the song! They gave free donut sandwhich and large drink to a woman in a blue car... I visit this Dunkin a lot and it's average. My wife enjoys the coffee and the kids the occasional doughnuts or ice cream. The... doughnuts are decent, I prefer the Krispy variety but you take what you can get. Their ice cream section, though, is in afrostburnt state of disrepair. Check the quality before ordering for sure. They are super busy during peak times but the staffwas kind enough to not deny my four year olds request for a sample. If you want coffee and can wait in line during rush hour,rest assured it'll be marginally better than a gas station. Read more
I never left a review before, but every time I?ve come to this Dunkin Donuts I?ve had burnt food, poorly made coffee, and bad... experience with the staff. The staff is the why I am making this review. They seem annoyed when I stay and wait for part of myorder that they?ve not handed me yet, or when they give me a coffee with stuff in it I didn?t ask for. I understand a mix up onorders or a bad day or two, but this has been every time. I haven?t had a good experience here in over a year, close totwo. Side note: went to McDonald?s directly after this experience and the girl saw our coffees and said, ?did they screw up yourorder too?? So, I feel less paranoid about it just being me. Read more
Today's drive through worker(white with dark curly hair) was very rude. She mentioned "people must have never been through a... drive through before." She said this in front of me... a customer. Her tone is so NOT welcoming. I told her she should probablycheck her customer service skills because they're not the best. She stated that she's over worked. And In can understand thatbut sometimes it's better to just take a step back for a minute and regroup. It beats down talking the people who keep you guysin business. Not only that. My doughnut was laid frosting down in the bag. What a waste. I tried to go inside and ask foranother one. I couldn't due to the front of the store being boarded up like an abandoned building. I don't recommend going tothis place in the mornings if you're looking to start off on a positive note. Just go a little further down the road toStarbucks. Read more
I will never understand what all the hype is with DD. Every time I order there it?s wrong and the coffee is weak. Ordered Uber... eats and both the driver and DD messed up the order once again. This is the last time I try with them. May seem petty but thereshouldn?t be an issue every time. Ordered a hot latte(shown on sticker in photo) but arrived as iced?.not the first time.Ordered 2 tots. As you can see below we received a little bag of smooshed potatoes. Ordered Oatmilk but they were out and addedalmond milk to all the coffees instead. My daughter has a nut allergy. ordered a grilled cheese melt, ended up with a bacon egg and cheese melt (i?m no fan of eggs they?re just not something i enjoy)... the bread was soggy, super soft then it normally is and didn?t even look like it was at all cooked like you?d expect a grilledcheese melt to look. the hash browns were burnt and way crunchier then they usually are, and while i can handle my coffeetasting like straight black coffee it didn?t even taste like they added any of the flavoring in just slapped some cream in andwent on with there morning. We ordered 3 wakeup wraps which were fine. We also got 3 orders of hashbrowns.. those were not cooked, cold and tasted like they... have been sitting for 2 days. We ordered 2 donuts and my oldest asked to add 1 more at the window before we paid and the girltold us no. We come here weekly and this is not tge first time but the third time she has been very rude with us. I take my kidshere every week when they do good in school as a reward but it's getting to the point I don't want to spend another penny heredue to the staff and disgusting food. Read more
The staff was to busy talking to one another to give us professional service. Not to mention the guy that was waiting on us was... also talking on the phone. The donut selection was below par. And not very fresh. It has really gone downhill. Because it wasn'tlike this before. Guess we will start looking for a new donut restaurant Read more
