Mackenzie was one of the best waitresses I've had in a very very long time good job
Unfortunately the nostalgia yet again fooled me. Haven't been to outback in years, I don't recommend going here if you want a... decent meal, thats made to order and not covered in oil. To start before we ordered, we had called and asked if they can makesure to have the bread (which was the original reason we wanted outback) of course when it arrived no bread, so already imdisappointed. The staff was friendly and that was probably the only positive of this experience. The classic blooming onion wascompletely soggy. At first glance I thought if could be because the steam of the container but soon realized it was completelysoaked in oil. It was lacking of any crunch the onion once had. (I even flipped the entire thing just to see how much this onionwas drenched in oil) The directions were not followed on how to prepare our burgers. My personal burger was undercooked and Icouldn't force myself to eat something made practically raw. I ordered it with a sweet potato on the side which again wassoaking in oil (the butter was on the side) All orders were not fully ate by any of us and we ended up having something else toeat. Hopefully this helps someone or someone else has a better experience but this was my unfortunate one. Read more
Well I read the reviews which is something my oldest daughter doesnt do. She want us all to go here tonight for her birthday... dinner. We will be a party of 18 plus a baby. I hope what I read in the reviews will not be the case tonight. I will be back toupdate after dinner tonight. Ow I rated 5 stars ahead of time because I have faith dinner service will be marvelous. ***NEXTDAY UPDATE*** All the reviews that I read before we went to celebrate my daughter birthday are legit. I don't know where tostart. Our server's hair landed in a couple plates her co worker was helping to bring to the table. My Cousin noticed a longhair in the plate it landed in. Our server/waitress was very nice and responsive, attentive and knowledgeable of the interestingmenu. However there was 18 of us, and 5 plates out of the bunch didn't come out right. One of our entrees made it to anothertable before it got to us. The desert as you can see in the picture came out to is like that. Very horrible place, I ordered a bone in ribeye steak for take out. The steak stinks like a rotting meat, and the salad smells... weird like it's been in kitchen for a long time. I can't believe Outback sells rotten food, don't come to this place if youdon't want to get food poisoning Read more

We had not been to Outback in years but decided to stop in for lunch one day. The prices were still very reasonable, portions... were great, and the food was better than I remembered. I ordered a steak cooked rare and it was done perfectly. We willdefinitely be going back more often. Read more
