I placed an order shortly before closing and they proceeded to make my order and then cancel the order instead of just canceling... it right away, so I waited 15 minutes just to find out I wasn?t going to get food, instead of finding out right away. Read more

So I don't know when this happened, but apparently they now send their phone orders to a call center in India. Which would be... fine, if they got my order correct. I read it to the man twice. He read it back to me correctly twice. Quotes me a price ofabout 50 dollars. I show up for my pick up order and it's 45 dollars which was confusing until I realized they didn't give me myhot wings... because he didn't put them in my order. I can't wait because I have my kid waiting in the car so I just pay andleave. It's okay, mistakes can happen. Fast forward to when I get home and open the pizzas. I ordered 2 large pizzas, one withsausage and pepperoni and the other pizza half sausage and the other half Canadian bacon and pineapple. What I got was onepepperoni pizza and another pizza that was half salami and half Canadian bacon. Not a pineapple in sight. They messed up bothpizzas and forgot to put hot wings in my order.
