We have been gold card members for years. We were happy to be in Sedona and ordered two flat whites at this location this... morning. It was busy so we waited patiently and then found one barely half full. A huge disappointment but we couldn't even getanyone's attention to point it out. The other was fine, even had a heart in the milk! :) We found it too soon for Christmascarols but we lolled for a while anyway. When we asked for refills, at first we were told no. When I said, I think we get freerefills, I was then told okay but charged 1.10. Certainly not a deal breaker but we have used our cards in several countriesand always received refills at no charge (of brewed coffee only ) regardless of the original purchase (in this case, flatwhite). Overall, not a great experience. Read more

The rudest and least professional Starbucks I've ever visited. The manager of this store is not fit for the hospitality industry... -- she thinks it's actually the hostility industry. They seem to actively dislike their customers!! Not a good vibe. Starbucks isusually a haven for business travellers, a business that we can count on. This one has a bunch of quirks to make itinconvenient, unfriendly, and uncomfortable. I have to say it's unbelievable and Starbucks corporate management should get ontop of it. Here are some aspects: 1) as mentioned in other reviews, rude counter staff. When I asked to speak to the manager, you can tell the other staff thought it would be futile -- I found out that the rudest, loud-voice young woman of them all wasin fact the manager. 2) They have a meeting room that looks great and quiet -- the music is BLARINGLY uncomfortable so that youneed earplugs, it's unsafely loud, even with earplugs. I politely asked if I could please use the meeting room and I got a hardand snotty "No" from the aforementioned rude manager. "You have to give 48 hours notice" she says. "You can't. We can't bend ourpolicy." "Actually," I said, "We are all people. You could choose to be kind. It's only a ten minute meeting that just gotcalled with Germany and your wifi doesn't reach to the parking lot (unlike most other Starbucks, where I can take a quietmeeting in my car, this is not an option at Sedona Starbucks -- they are even stingy and minimalist with their wifi). 3) It'snot surprising the staff are unfriendly when you consider the manager they're dealing with. 4) Also notable -- the mostinconvenient and awkward bathroom arrangement I've ever seen in a Starbucks. Though it's a 2-seater toilet, they have a key on acup that even in peak times, customers awkwardly have to go looking for and pass back and forth. I see lots of confusion withpeople who just need to pee being sent back and forth. Just put a code on it. Or leave it unlocked. Love, trust, gi Read more

There is a reason there are so many poor reviews here. Starbucks should step in at some point and remedy this if they care about... their customers. Had a terrible drive-thru experience at this location. The woman specifically had a marking on her lip. Veryrude and on a serious power trip. The other employee with the nose piercing stepped in to remedy the situation which weappreciated. Will avoid this location in the future. Read more

Worst Starbucks Ever! I went through the drive thru around 11:30 today. I couldn't believe how rude and unprofessional the girl... who took my order was! Then, my drink I requested oatmilk instead of dairy. I paid more for plant base. They gave me dairy, Ican't have dairy! I hope who ever is managing this dive gets better workers, and trains them properly. I won't go back here. Idon't recommend unless you like being disrespected! Read more

The lobby is closed. Only the drive-thru is open. They haven?t changed their Google description to reflect that change. Why does... a co. Like Starbucks not have up to date info. On their store hours/ status?! Read more

I visited my local Starbucks this morning to get three pup cups and a iced coffee. The counter person was incredibly rude and... unprofessional. I left the store without any of the items I paid for due to the awful and uncalled for attitude of the counterstaff member. My sister went inside to ask where our items where and was informed that we had been refunded and if she did notleave the store, the police would be called. I have never had such horrible service. I have tried to call the store a number oftimes to discuss this with a manager but no one ever answers the phone. This store is in a tourist town and we only have the onestand alone Starbucks. I am a local and I am also a tour guide. I will be advising all of my guests to go to other locals if atall possible. Read more
