My Inner SPIRIT led Us here as we searched for our car!! We were visiting Sedona for a Reiki Healing retreat and this place... added to our High vibrations!! January was very welcoming & connective to Us!! She made sure we seen the cafe from all energeticperspectives. When you walk in you just feel welcomed and warm. The staff are sweet and welcome to each person who enters. I had their hot... Lavender Latte. Not overpowering it was so good. Their items are from local artists. Love it. Read more
The Sedona Wellness Cafe is just an amazing place to relax and meditate. The fragrance in the store smells delightful while... browsing around the many selections of wonderful healing items that will help with your overall health & body. I ordered thefamous Butterfly Elixir ???? it was beautiful and it tasted so delicious ???? Master Jen assisted me with my purchase of two ofthe Chakra bracelets to help me balance out my own Chakra's, along with the Get Bright Hydro recovery serum! As soon as I stepped in the doorway, I was greeted by the manager, Jen. Everything is served with a smile. Make time to shop... there, as there are so many little and big treasures to find. I highly encourage anyone visiting Sedona to get off the beaten path and make a stop at this wonderful local business! The Cafe... and the Meditation Center have SO MUCH to offer - snacks, teas, lattes, books, crystals, cards, inspirational signs, classes. Iwasn't in town to take advantage of their offerings, but sure did come back (more than twice) for my Butterfly Elixir. A specialthank you to January who made every visit such a pleasant experience. I stopped in after attending the Mago Wellness retreat in Sedona. Another attendee recommended I get my aura read after... completing five days of healing and energy work at Mago. I stopped in and was immediately greeted by two lovely women, one whogave me a delicious sample of butterfly tea, and I am not a tea drinker. The other woman, January, was the magical aura readerand took me back for my reading. I?ve had an aura reading before, but January sharing the detail and insight with me was a wholenew experience. Her gifts and intuition captivated me as she articulated aspects of my body, mind, and spiritual strengths andchallenges. January has a special and unique skill that is shared while doing the reading, and I could have talked with herall day. She also gave me some ?homework? as my body connection was out of balance with my spirit and mind. Afterward, sheinvited me to their weekly yoga classes and showed me all her favorite crystals amongst the beautiful selection they have forsale. She also showed me her favorite energy tools while using one on herself as she led me around the cafe. Visiting from outof town is not conducive to the in-studio classes they offer, but I can promise that when I am back in town again, I will stopby to say hello and grab some tea, food, crystals, and an aura reading from the magical January.
