An exorbitant amount to pay for very mediocre sushi. Our ?Sedona roll? the namesake of the town itself was not fully thawed and... had a freezer-burned quality to it. There is more parking in the rear! Quick service. Clean facilities. Good food. Clean sushi! Everything you want in a sushi... place! Staff were very nice. What ever you do, do not sit outside in the patio! We didn?t make a reservation ahead of time and this place was popular. We got... seated at the patio. We just got our menu delivered to us and then?my mom and I got attacked by mosquitoes. I say attackedbecause I literally saw one cling to my calves. While my body had a quick shiver as I start to itch. We quickly asked for aninside table. So bad that I had to go to the restroom just to splash water on my legs. I was ready to leave the restaurant ororder take it. We were so uncomfortable. We sat at the bar and I couldn?t even sit on the stool! I had to stand. Had huge pennysize bites that puffed up in irregular hive-like shape. About 20 all over my legs, up my shorts and arms. I?m notexaggerating. Anyways, the food. It seems that people come here for sushi and not so much for rolls or cooked stuff. Theselection for rolls wasn?t that great. I wanted a crunch roll but only certain ones could be deep fried and it?s an additional$3. That would make it $22! We got ocean roll ($16) consisted of shrimp tempura, avocado, sweet sauce topped with eel andtuna. Karaage ($7) with 4 boneless chicken thighs. Very crispy on the outside and juicy inside. Shrimp and vegetable tempura($16) - two shrimp, 3 onion rings, two mushroom slices, two green beans, pumpkin. I would say food was just okay. I wouldprefer more options for rolls. Adorable Patio seating, small and quiet. While the entire town is over run with tourists, we managed to find outdoor lunchtime... dining with no wait! After our Sedona jeep tour we wanted some sushi and came across this place and decided to drop in. Although they are practicing... social distancing we chose patio seating and were given menus and 3 waters. After looking over the menu I settled on the diamondsushi roll and added a salad with miso soup which is $4 during lunch with the purchase of a sushi roll. The soup and salad werebrought out fairly quickly along with another salad, soup, and appetizer sushi roll. Appetizers were good but I was ready for mysushi roll. It was a large portion size for me but I ate almost all of it and enjoyed it. One friend got a sushi roll as welland enjoyed. One friend got the teriyaki chicken bowl which was rather large but she really liked and took the remaining togo. Service was quick and efficent. Definitely recommend if you're in the Sedona area.
