Called for carry out and the bill for three pizzas was $40 when they advertise $5.99 each. Person on phone said you have to... order online for that special. Tried to order online for two pizzas and still $30. Called the store and the guy said ?I don?tknow anything about how the online works, that?s all corporate. Can?t help you? wow!!! A recent order for delivery was a complete disaster. The delivery time was way longer than expected and was forecast by the... Domino?s app. The app said the order was ready to be delivered but that status persisted long enough that I called the store tocheck on our order. I was told the app was wrong. Finally our order was delivered. We received the wrong salad and the pizzawas inedible. (When we opened the box we laughed at what we found then figured out something else to eat for dinner.) Love this place super friendly and affordable! It is a affordable place to feed the family in sedona. We like to get it to go... and eat at the near by vortex! !!!!M.A.G.G.O.T.S.. M.A.G.G.O.T.S!!! I ordered an 8 piece wings/.2 large pizzas & bit into a hot wing but it was very chewy &... didn?t taste right. I then examined the chicken & saw what looked like a maggots piled inside the end of my chicken. Then called& demanded my refund but manager (JOHNATHAN) on duty was not helpful/cooperative (gaslit me about the whole situation) and wastrying only to refund my wings since he ?could not refund my whole order? but i was not satisfied with my WHOLE order. I meanwho can be after eating maggots. Hung up mid conversation & didnt answer when called back but answered quickly with anotherphone. I then had to drive back into Sedona to ?prove? it was maggots & demand my WHOLE refund just for him to say he can cancelthe transaction on my card. Its not about the money, its the PRINCIPLE!!
