Great Ice Cream can't complain there. We have had off and on issues with our membership rewards at this location and it works... 50% of the time the last year. For the most part staff are friendly but they need better training my wife's ice cream was allover her hand in 5 mins and she got a bowl and for the first time ever I was charged for a mix in with my ice cream. Also wasnot impressed with the way the manager degraded and distracted staff while we were there. Read more

Young girl with brown hair dyed blonde, and wears glasses is very unhelpful and unprofessional. Seems to hate her job and acted... like I was the devil for ordering multiple ice cream's, and I mean two. I don't know if she was having a bad day but she needsto get over herself and do her job. I purposely gave the other girl a tip and did not give her one. Plus she didn't even care tomix the toppings into the ice cream, she slapped him on top. What's the purpose of the cold stone?! she then proceeded to sneezeright next to my ice cream. Thanks a lot I hope I don't get Covid. I did end up tossing the thing. Long story short she sucks. The two young men helping us (Omar the Otter ???? and I didn't catch the others name but he was a tall blonde guy) were so nice!... We came in just a few minutes before closing and they both had great attitudes and made it super fun. Read more

Probably the most unprofessional staff I have ever encountered. The guy was great but the girl was embarrassingly rude. We... arrived at 7:50 with 2 young kids to get ice cream and she tried to not serve us because she ?had a family to get home to.? Signon the door says they close at 8. There was another couple already in there who said we were with them and the lady literallythreatened to call the cops on us. The guy was nice and served us with no issues. However this lady should honestly be firedimmediately and I would suggest you stay clear of this place if you?re wanting ice cream anytime near closing unless you want tobe talked down to and threatened by staff. Absolutely shameful to treat paying customers this way. Read more
My wife and I used to like coming here for ice cream while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Unfortunately the staff doesn?t seem... to understand how the rewards program works, most likely due to poor management. We?ve tried to reach out through corporate tohelp the owners fix their problems but they apparently don?t seem to care. This last time we sadly decided to not support thisbusiness anymore when the poor girl couldn?t get our freebie to go through, and she said she?d pay for it herself.
