Worst subway I've ever gone to. Rotten vegetables, missing bread and meats. Took 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches because they... are so slow. Charged me 11.29 for a wrap that had 1 scoop of meat. Meat wasn't even warmed through and cheese wasn't melted.....other sandwich was crispy and burnt. Read more

If I could give this store a zero star review, I would. I placed a pickup order and when I arrived to get it, the girl who... brought it out handed it to me and when I asked about the rest of my order ( my drink) she said they were out of dr. Pepper andI was only able to get one of the two cookies I ordered. When I asked if I could get a refund on those two items she told me noand I then asked if I could take a different cookie in place and a different drink. Finally got my items and then went back tomy work to eat, only to open the bag and find out I had gotten the completely wrong sandwich full of items I wouldn?t eat. Hadto go back to the store and have it remade, the boy who helped me made the sloppiest sandwich and informed me they were also outof the main meat for my sandwich. Like seriously? 86 the stuff you don?t have on the ordering menu then. Didn?t provide anynapkins or any friendly service. 0/10 reccomend. Read more

Just tried the Baja chicken and bacon salad and it was so good. The portion was huge and for less than $10! Would have given 5... stars if the sub we ordered was toaster. The location on W. Broadway is a pleasure to visit everytime. The staff provides greatcustomer service which is a rarity these days. Read more

Just terrible. I took time, politely, to wait on the staff to stock whatever they needed to stock during the lunch hour and then... walked up with a coupon that just expired a few days ago, which I was unaware of and I politely asked if they would be willingto honor it and the girl just laughed at me and then asked for eight dollars for a 6 inch foot-long! I had also given her thecoupon before she even made my sandwich lol, she looked at it, kept it with her and then told me it was expired once thesandwich was made, which I find odd. I should?ve just left the sandwich there but that?s not me so I paid for it and will nowmake sure subway will pay for it from now on since I won?t be going there again!! But don?t worry I didn?t mention anythingabout waiting during my lunch hour for them to clean up and restock which should?ve already been stocked, or why she read thecoupon and didn?t say something to me before she made the sandwich. This location has great, hard-working, friendly staff that consistently put together some delicious sandwiches while maintaining... a clean and safe restaurant during a crazy year+. This location is always my go-to for fast food in town. If in doubt... Yes,get it toasted ;) Read more

The food was good, however, the service was lacking. The gentleman seemed to be inconvenienced by my families presence, and the... store was filthy. The soda machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in days, there was food on the tables, and floor, thewindows were all smudged, and the restrooms were horrid. I would have preferred to use an outhouse. Read more
