Worst subway I've ever gone to. Rotten vegetables, missing bread and meats. Took 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches because they... are so slow. Charged me 11.29 for a wrap that had 1 scoop of meat. If I could give this store a zero star review, I would. I placed a pickup order and when I arrived to get it, the girl who... brought it out handed it to me and when I asked about the rest of my order ( my drink) she said they were out of dr. Pepper andI was only able to get one of the two cookies I ordered. When I asked if I could get a refund on those two items she told me noand I then asked if I could take a different cookie in place and a different drink. Finally got my items and then went back tomy work to eat, only to open the bag and find out I had gotten the completely wrong sandwich full of items I wouldn?t eat. Hadto go back to the store and have it remade, the boy who helped me made the sloppiest sandwich and informed me they were also outof the main meat for my sandwich. Just tried the Baja chicken and bacon salad and it was so good. The portion was huge and for less than $10! Would have given 5... stars if the sub we ordered was toaster. The location on W. Broadway is a pleasure to visit everytime. The staff provides greatcustomer service which is a rarity these days. Read more
