I usually use the drive thru because it's super convenient. Never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. Sandwiches are... usually Subway quality. I honestly feel like all these employees should be paid more. It's weird to me to buy a sandwich withminimal interaction with the employee and then be told I can leave a tip at the drive thru. What am I tipping for? I've only hada sandwich made, there's no service done other than their job so it makes it awkward. Pay employees what they're worth so tipsaren't a thing at a fast food joint. Waited in line for what seemed for ever. Then I felt the lady practically through my wrap at me. Place was clean. Food was decent. Service was below par. The employee building my sandwich was nice but didn't know the menu and... I had to tell them how to build a CBR. This individual also did not know how to tell the difference between useable freshingredients and ingredients that was no longer fresh or below quality standards. So I had to pick those pieces out of mysandwich after the fact. Then the individual who ran the register didn't appear to speak English. I asked for a small drinkthree separate times and was charged for one but did not receive the cup for this drink until I asked one of the other employeesto get it for me. I get the black forest ham foot long on Italian herb and cheese bread with all vegetables and sweet onion sauce and mayonnaise.... Also super quick when in there. Overall pretty decent. Read more
Did a visit through the drive thru today around 2:15. The woman who took my order and checked me out was very kind. Order came... out almost immediately, I was still paying and it was done! I normally don?t leave reviews, but the employee deserves somerecognition for being so nice and quick! I pass through town for work often, will stop through here again in the future. Read more
