My daughter, sister-in law and niece stopped in for lunch on Monday 10/10/22, they had a sign up saying they were short staffed... and to please be patient?. So not a problem I get it everywhere seems to be short staffed. We got there around 11:15 am,ordered and got our food quickly! Soon after they got slammed with the lunch rush. The girls working in there, mayos total of4, rocked it! They were super friendly and very efficient, working lobby and drive thru! Great job! Read more
This place wouldn't be so bad if they had better prices and didn't take forever to get your food. We waited 35 minutes with only... two cars in front of us. Also most of the workers were standing around on their phones doing nothing. This place used to he alot better. Read more
There's nothing wrong with this location in particular.. I'm just overall not a fan of the new order at the kiosk thing. Why... must every store and restaurant insist on replacing people with machines? I also don't like the sized down menus. As for thislocation.. it was clean. The food was the same as any Steak N Shake. It came out quickly. The staff was friendly enough for the45 seconds that you saw them. Read more
They didn't have table service, due to lack of staff, so we had to order at the counter. They did bring the food to our table,... though. Fries seemed cold thus the 3 stars. The stakes and burgers were delicious. Read more
Prices went up and portion size and quality drastically dropped. The $5 shakes are not even 20 Oz and rhe burgers a lacking. The... restaurant was in disarray with trash and food all over. Tables are smashed together and dirty. The only positive would be thefriendly staff member at the front register. Read more
