Stunning hidden gem restaurant. Extremely clean, updated, and upscale choice in this area. Absolutely gorgeous laid back... environment. Food is nothing less than excellent, with fresh ingredients and a wonderful variety to choose from. The entirestaff is clearly highly skilled in their specific areas. All around what we?d consider ?perfect? and well organized. Nocomplains whatsoever. Totally wowed. Highly recommend and will be back again for double dates, or if meeting for business. Thankyou all. After 2 days of eating almost exclusively convenience store food, I was craving something fresh and healthy on my multi-day bike... ride. No.5 Bistro & Bar did not disappoint. I wasn't setting my expectations high, but my meal was absolutely top-notch. Iordered the salmon bowl with a side of french fries, and honestly, it was some of the best salmon I've had at a restaurant. Verytender with a slight crust; and the lemon added a very nice zing. Contrasting grilled salmon and lemon with cool pepper,couscous, cucumber and tomato complemented each other perfectly. And the fries punched far above their weight - crispy yettender on the inside. Additionally, the staff was warm and attentive. If I'm back in Sedalia, I'll definitely hit them upagain! Read more
Unique urban style restaurant that is completely charming inside and out. Wait staff is very attentive and personable. Food is... the best I?ve found locally ???? It is a hidden gem. They have transformed and old Levi's factory and still maintained the original decor. Staff was super nice... and food tasted amazing. Easy to get to and will definitely visit again. Read more

Upon entering I was impressed with the the nostalgia And how it was so nicely preserved and elegantly decorated! The homemade... bread with accompaniments was very flavourful is and the shrimp appetizer was light and very refreshing! Perfect to start with. Dinner came out very timely and had amazing flavor all the way through With flavors that complimented each other so nicely!Enjoyed a rich, smooth piece of cheesecake for dessert. Our little server was very sweet and And helpful and we enjoyed herservice very much! As we were walking out the door the manager greeted us very nicely and visited with us! Great food! Greatservice! 11/05/22 had a reservation at 7 were seated promptly they weren't very busy. The drinks and appetizers were delicious. Then our... main course arrived and everything on my plate was cold. 38$ ribeye mind you. I spoke with the waitress she said she would seewhat the manager wanted to do. I was told I could give it to my food to my dog and that I received a discount. When my 120$check arrived they took 12$ off my 38$ steak mind you that I didn't eat. Need less to say I won't be coming back here. It's ashame really because this really was my favorite restaurant in town. As you can see by my picture my compound butter didn't evenmelt on my steak.
