Update: I have eaten here multiple times since and both the sandwich quality and service continue to be great. Honestly the... freshness and quality of the sandwiches are the highest that I have ever received at any Jimmy John's and I have eaten atnumerous locations in Kansas City and St. Louis when traveling for work over the years.
