My 1st going. Bartender wasn't happy to be waiting tables, pretty rude. Waited 45 minutes for our food on a day they weren't... busy. Brisket tacos were good but would've been much better with some type of lettuce on them. Never seen a Good taco withoutlettuce ??????????? chairs pretty hard & not comfortable. Ice creams not as advertised as they chose to stop carrying caramelsyrup but dont reflect that in Their menu nor do they tell you that when you order it. Prob won't go back again. Read more
Ex bwws Lee summit and Belton location server and bartender. Currently operating my own flooring business. Came in here after... finishing up some flooring at sfcc around 850 before a 1.5 hour drive home back to kcmo. Ordering was quick and bartender wasfriendly. But for some reason my order wasn't brought out till 945pm. Wings take about 9 mins in the fryer, 2-3 to sauce and2-3 for delivery. Bartender was super apologetic but despite the manager walking by us over a dozen times, he never stopped toapologize for the inconvenience. Which at our stores anything over a 20 minute wait automatically have managers coming out toexplain the situation. We sat and watched dozens of other people get wings over the course of 30 minutes despite arriving andordering after us. He approved a comp on our dirty tots and I think the bartender took one set of our wings off and put it onher own tab. The dry seasoning on the 10 traditional dry wings was sporadic and inconsistent. The wet sauce on my 15 of honeyBBQ, Asian zing and Buffalo hot was so overloaded some wings where mixing with one another. Kitchen staff and manager responsewas terrible. Bartender was great. Very unprofessional establishment. No servers or hosts, management had to come to seat us and also acted clueless. Was not busy,... waitress walking around with headphones in, multiple tables filthy and dirty. Other customers had to come to bar to paybartender because waitress was nowhere to be found. Bartender was the only one working hard in the establishment doing all thejobs. When she did appear she hit her vape in the middle of the restaurant.
