Dropped in for a quick afternoon snack. Waited for 45 minutes. Upon contacting the host they swore that they didn't have an... order for the stall I was in. Then, admitted that when my order came up, they didn't know what stall it belonged to. Theybrought out my order, it was burned and cold. They did refund my money, but YUCK! I ordered two items on the app and checked in at the stall. On the screen, it said my order was finished and on its way. Ten... minutes later, I still hadn't received my order, so I pushed the button for service. The upbeat voice on the other end askedwhat they could get started for me, so I reminded them that I had already ordered and she said they were out of one of the itemsI ordered and asked if they could get me anything else. Half an hour after that, I pushed the button again and was again askedif they could take my order. By the time I got my milkshake, it was half melted. The employees were eating, several other guestswere served while I was sitting there waiting for mine, and this is not the first time I have had this experience at thislocation. I don't know what kind of management they have, but they are in need of better management because a milkshake and acorn dog shouldn't take an hour when there was no one else there upon our arrival. Love their ft long long conies. Get them regularly. I ordered two with mustard, as usual. There was so much mustard on them and... was obviously done with several passes. Way too much. Ruined the meal. I bought a new ?natural lemonade? and it sucked. I wishit wasn?t the case. I?ll still eat there but, man, that lemonade. Yikes. Read more
Even though they was slow they deserve the 5 stars the Manager Max I think was his name came to the car he apologize and... explained about a mix up with our food. He set an example for his coworkers and handle it like a Manager should making sure itwas cook right. The food was good and worth the wait. Read more
I?d give this place a zero if I could, went through the drive thru, half the menu was removed, or blew away with the wind, who... knows. Anywho, I order two mini ?strawberry cheesecake master shakes? the girl proceeds to tell me she doesn?t have strawberry,and that they only have blasts and such?. Ok, so I asked if they had just a cheesecake master shake, she says? ummmmmmm let mecheck? then comes back to tell me she does?. Perfect, right?! Nope. So she says ?just one cheesecake shake?? ?TWO? I said loudlyand she proceeds to tell me the price of just one?.. highly irritated at this point. So I get to the window, and let whomever itwas there that I ordered TWO, she says ok, rings up the shake and hands over the first one? omg lol it was PITIFUL. Where?s thewhipped cream? Where?s the cherry? I mean I?ve ordered shakes plenty of times and KNOW it comes with, so I asked?. So no whippedcream? She says ?we?re out? LIKE thanks! Garbage store. All the drinks were disgusting and either not mixed properly or missing syrup. They didn?t want to make our fish... sandwiches so we ended up having to get a burger. They also didn?t make our onion rings and instead gave us another thing ofjalapeño poppers. God only knows how old the fry oil is! Our fries had food particles in it! Waited 25 min through the drive through. No ice cream because they decided to clean the machine during dinner time. Completely... messed my order up. The burgers were cold, and had to be the smallest double quarter pounder I've ever seen. The other burgerwasn't even cooked all the way and had pink in it. I really like sonic but this had to be the worst experience I've had there byfar. I have called the Corporate number and left a message on their website and no one still has gotten back to me. When we pulled up at 1:30 pm on a Sunday to the location in Security-Widefield, they said they weren't serving any food items.... The ice cream machine is still broken, so I'm guessing that only drinks were available. And we were told to use the drivethrough instead of the stall for those. Don't waste your time going there. They're short-staffed and don't care. Read more
