i regularly shop here but haven?t since they removed their 7-11 name. They change prices and charge you for double. My mother... went in for a pack of 2 juul pods, which should be around $9.99, and got charged $16. We?re not rich!! Read more

Worst 7-11 ever. Remember the old night shift lady? I guess they finally canned her... the fact that she was employed there for... so long is why I wanted to give 1 star but the new night time employee they have is really nice so he and he alone earned thisplace a second star. The morning crew is cool and upbeat but they have a tendency to talk about inappropriate stuff... I wouldavoid this spot and go to the diamond shamrock where everyone is very nice. Read more

Each pump is equipped with a card reader, but they consistently do not work. The last four times I have stopped here, I have had... to go inside and wait in line to pay with a card. I mentioned to one of the employees that this would be a lot simpler if theircard readers worked, and all she said was, "I know, right?" Read more

Diesel pumps never work!! I have been there three times to get diesel since it?s the closest to my house, and every time the... diesel pumps don?t work right or just don?t work at all. I?ve told them every time that they don?t work and they don?t fix them. One of the employees said the owner doesn?t care about the place so he won?t fix it. I don?t mind shopping inside but I won?t betrying to get gas here anymore. Read more

I used to come in fairly regularly in the mornings before my commute to work. The morning staff was always friendly. The store... itself is about what you'd expect for a 7-11. The gas is unfortunately about 20¢ higher than it is down the street, and thewater from the outside refill dispenser for 25¢/gal tastes...dubious. Read more

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE customer service!!! Everytime I've been in there so far, every employee has been so rude!!! I only... like going to this station because it's convenient and close to home, but when I have to get something other than gas, I DREADgoing in! I've worked customer service for years, and if I gave the slightest impression of being rude, my ass was handed to meby management, even if the customer was wrong and being the rude one. The other day, I went in to get some Gatorade, brought itto the counter, and not even a single hello from the dude at the register. He just gave me a mean look like I'm a nuisance. Istarted off with a "Hello, how are you?? and he just ignored me and scanned my drinks. He made a mistake, didn't bother tellingme why he was holding me up at the register and I felt awkward standing there. He scanned them again, and told me the total. Ipaid him and stormed out of there, I've felt so irritated and embarrassed with the way he treated me. Another time before, someother guy was helping a lady in front of me and she was rude with him, and I felt bad for him. Like I said, I've worked incustomer service and getting rude customers are the worst. After she stormed out, I was sympathizing with him and I was wishinghe'd have a better day, but blew me off instead. Again, felt like an idiot for saying anything. My sister had an incident atthis location as well, and she was just buying a Slurpee and gave a woman some cash, and while the lady was counting cash, mysister was wanting to (respectfully) give her a quarter in change and the lady yelled, "Excuse Me!" to her. What the heck is sobad about this place that people have to treat their customers like s***, even when customers like me are always trying to befriendly? It takes a lot to make me upset and let alone, write a negative review, but this is so ludicrous! I love the locationof this Shell gas station and having a 7 Eleven convenient store with it is a plus, but, man, I' Read more
