Tasty vegan cupcakes ???? if you don't mind (white?) sugar. I assume they contain white flour as well. My fave is the wraps... because the wrap is made of something similar to filo, very flaky. Great spot if you're looking for vegan options! Lots of vegan baked goods (got some donut holes and they were delicious!) There... was a few of us and it did take a while to get our orders (I think there were only two people working) but the bowls we got weregreat while we were waiting in the ferry line up. They also have a whole section of frozen foods and prepared meals and a few"3rd party" products, I think mostly local Vancouver goodies. Worth a stop! Read more

I couldn't be happier to have a place I can eat while on the Sunshine coast! My husband and I frequent here for vacation and we... usually have to bring a ton of groceries and cook at our airbnb because there were not many options. It's so nice to go onvacation and not have to cook!! I've never had so many vegan and gluten-free options, and the food is amazing, it's heaven!I've been eating there everyday; I've tried the rice bowls, spinach and potato roll, juices and doughnuts. You have the optionto add on and modify the dishes to suite what you want which is the best! I've seen some reviews about the food tasting bland,all my food has been so tasty but I also love real whole foods and their food is not drenched in salt and oil so it's muchhealthier and I feel great after eating there. Also I get so annoyed when I see people complaining about the prices. Do theynot know where they are?? BC is the most expensive place in Canada, it's almost impossible for a commercial food establishmentto survive especially when they don't serve liquor so stop complaining about the prices to the business owners and complain tothe government! Nourish made the gluten-free + vegan wedding cake of my dreams! We couldn't have been happier with our beautiful wedding cake... from Nourish Eatery. The cake itself was SO delicious and fluffy, with hints of buckwheat and vanilla. The thick, creamyfrosting was heavenly. They used flowers I picked from my garden, and made my vision come to life.
