$9 for a venti Iced vanilla oatmilk espresso and they send me the drink LESS than 50% full. Preposterous
Horrible experience with the manager Kim. The partners are so amazing and do a fantastic job but with this new management it all... feels so disorganized and not a pleasurable environment. I have been a regular for the past couple years, however with this newmanager it has made me strongly dislike this store & go elsewhere. Tried making small talk to the manager while ordering, andshe brushed me off and was quite snappy. I even saw this attitude when she would interact with Uber drivers. I ordered a chi latte with a pumpkin muffin but after I got my drink they told me it was sold out?????? something about ordering... and item and waiting for it to then be told ?ooops we sold out make you feel sad ????. Overall the visit was a good one. Read more
tbh . the baristas are very rude and nasty and take forever to make a drink, I mean if you don't like your job then quit!! some... new girl did take my order today and she explained that she was new and repeated my drink to me twice just to make sure shedidn't get anything wrong and I appreciated that so she's the only reason I am giving you guys 3 stars instead of one. Lots of windows so you won't melt from a vitamin D deficiency while you work. Convenient location, friendly service, plus... everything else you'd expect from a Starbucks. Chill music makes generally a great spot for propping up your laptop and checkyour emails, study, or do whatever it is you do. Read more
This is a really great Starbucks with really friendly people. Just a heads up they are giving you grandes instead of Tall when... you order a Tall. I am not going to complain. Absolutely love it. Scuba is the best. Read more
