Lobby is currently closed as of writing this, 12/4/22 at 5:30pm. All my issues are really with the Taco Bell app and website,... the team here is never anything but kind and funny and they make good food quickly. Unfortunately, the lobby is closed and it'sthe busy season now, which means the drive thru is twice as bad. Also the parking lot sucks, but thats on the company, not theteam. Read more

Although it always looks clean from outside appearence drive thru is alway ridiculous for wait time. I was passing thru town all... i ordered was 2 5 layer burritos NO SOUR CREAM seems easy enough right?...... WRONG fidnt even get what i paid for as my recieptplainly shows what i ordered .. what i got was 2 of something way off one with LIGHT SOUR CREAM THE OTHER LOADED WITH SOURCREAM!!!!!! Have not visited a Taco Bell in a while. We had the burrito supreme. There wasn't much beef or cheese in it. It just didn't... taste like the burrito supreme we had several yrs ago. I also had a 5 layer burrito which didn't impress me. I will give 4 stars to the staff as they were friendly & courteous! Read more

Food was good, staff seemed nice. the issue here seems to be that they are unable to run a drive through waiting for over 40... minutes to get food and that was consider fast from previous experience. Multiple people in front on me in line left due to theline not moving at all for 20 minutes. Not sure why this continues to be a problem. I know it was lunch time so they are alwaysbusy then but this is by far the slowest drive through in town. Read more

Ingredients are fresh but they have yet to get my order right except for one time. It's not that complicated to put sour cream... on a soft taco when requested. Read more

Very very slow. You have to get their attention to make a order. They don't monitor from counter. Then takes forever to get your... order. So unprofessional. I hope corporate office actually sees these reviews. 2nd time I've been to this TacoBell andexperience was same both times. Read more

Had to go through the drive-thru since the lobby is almost never open and after you order your food it takes about 20-30 minutes... before you even get your food. The lady working the drive-thru was not friendly at all and when she told me to go ahead with myorder she tells me to hold on. Y'all need to train your employees better. Read more

A complete disaster. After waiting over an hour in line, I finally make it to the speaker to tell them I made an online order... and I'm told to hold on. Another 25 min pass and still no answer. There are no cars in front of me anymore so I just pullforward. I get to the window they give me the food I drive home. I get home and look to find I have the wrong order. (not myfood). Overall a wasted 2 hours with food that I can't eat because I'm allergic to sour cream (which was on everything in thisorder). I don't even blame the workers there for this mess. Sure, they are at fault to an extent but the corporate needs to do abetter job at this location. It's absolutely unacceptable. Do better Taco Bell. This is coming from a LONG time customer. Read more
