Employee was rude. I ordered via KFC app and went to pick it up. Employee asked me if I ordered a drink. I said yes and I asked... if it was sweet tea. She then said yes it is sweet tea and that with it being my drink means it is sweet tea. She said it withan attitude that came across as rude. Come to find out it was Mountain Dew and not sweet tea like I ordered. Having an attitudeis one thing, but being wrong about an order is a different level. Be sure to check your order before leaving. Husband went to KFC Sebring Fl around 4:30PM today. Order a breast meal and was told they didn't have that anymore. Ordered a... chicken sandwich in stead. Bread was so hard he couldn?t eat it. I ordered 2 drumsticks and green beans. I got 1 drumstickand a thigh with part of the back. I also got mashed potatoes w/gravy. Totally screwed up the order. They also said onlybeverage was water, tea or lemonade, no sodas. We will never go there again. Read more

Got the family meal and some of the chicken was a bit undercooked.. Nothing the microwave couldn?t fix but it should have been... cooked right. Just a warning specially if your feeding a little one that doesn?t know better yet. Read more

This location had a staff meme we that was not aware of the promotions so he incorrectly assured me that we could have white... meat chicken (for an up charge, obviously) after being assured.. we didn?t get any white meat chicken. Every time I go through the drive through I'm met with a horrible attitude and exasperation at my questions and needs as a... customer. They tell me im being upcharged for an item and completely neglect to include said item in my order. It's gotten tothe point that I will no longer be ordering or going to their establishment. As a Bartender and server for over 10 years itpains me to say their customer service is non existent except for one gentleman I had in the window once. I wish the rest ofthem took even an ounce of pride in their work and actually tried to make customers happy. I'm very disappointed and will not bereturning as this is a recurring issue. I hope you change your staff out for people who care about their job and customers andhonestly how they treat people. Read more

Such sweet employees. If they are out of an item they offer a comparable dish and always love to make the customers happy. I... have NEVER had a bad experience with these lovely folks. They work hard and even though they are clearly understaffed you cansee the passion in their work. Kudos to all of them ! Read more

The food was very tasty, the chicken was cooked very well and the mashed potatoes were very good. The biscuit was a bit dry but... had a great flavor. They only score 4 stars because the quantity of the potatoes has been reduced and more importantly theservice was EXTREMELY SLOW....We spent over 25 minutes waiting in the drive thru. Our order was very simple with nothingspecial. Yet it was a very long wait time. Hopefully, they will improve in the future. The food was EXCELLENT But the wait timewas unacceptable. For this reason, I can not recommend this location at this time. If you have the time then the food is goodbut to be honest it's not that good to justify the long wait. As usual, I will revisit and update my review at a later date. Read more
