Nice clean establishment sauces are nothing to write home about the barbecue chicken selection dark meat or white meat I pick... dark meat I wasn't told it's a dollar more if you get a drumstick when asked why the waitress said because that's what they dohere I told her if I go into the supermarket chicken breasts are much more expensive than chicken thighs I'm not reallyunderstanding she said well that's what they do here I'm not going to come back here the portions are small and I'm not reallysure why you would charge a customer a dollar extra it's not the dollar its the principal it just doesn't make sense Pettynickel dime stuff. 53 restaurants are going out of business this year there's a whole list of them right on Google maybe theyshould ask themselves what they should do to keep their customers including Woody's Read more
Found this great restaurant after getting lost looking for a place to eat. Our server was Karen. The service was great and the... food was absolutely delicious! It was a little late but experience was perfect. If I was a local, we would probably beregulars. We left completely satisfied. Read more
Sat at the bar by myself for 10 minutes before anyone said hello. Several people said "someone will be right with you". When... they finally did, I ordered primerib. She asked me what temperature I would like, I said medium, not sure why they ask. It waswell done, doesn't look like they could get a medium, it's such a thin piece. She never came back to offer me a second beer tillI was done and I had planned on having 2 beers dinner and dessert when I walked in the door. Nobody ever checked on me to seehow it was till the very end when I was paying. Very disappointed! It's the only restaurant in Sebastian, so they can have poorservice and still survive. Read more
My wife and i run a small veteran owned business out of Palm Bay Florida. Shortly after a visit to the T-Mobile store, we... decided to stop in at Woody's Bar-B-Q. The food was awesome. Ample quantities of BBQ cooked almost to perfection. Kudos to thecook staff. The wait staff... not so much. The staff lead waitress did not seem very happy with anyone, and could probably usesome help with subtleness. One Example: I asked our server if the restaurant offers a military discount. Our server asked formy military ID, and went off to ask "her supervisor". Mrs. Supervisor came to our table as asked if I am active duty or retired.I am retired. Instead of a simple "no", her reply: Everyone here is retired, so we'd be giving our food away for free". I'mpretty sure this isn't what the owner intended. In closing, The food is great, the ambiance...not so much....and if you're aveteran, don't expect to be acknowledged by word or discount. Its a real shame...the food is awesome. Read more
