I am a little torn on this place, service was great and it was not busy at all. Cute little intimate restaurant. Calamari was so... gooodddd but then everything else for me was just okay, nothing tasted seasoned at all, I got a side of mix veggies instead ofpasta and the veggies did not have one flake of salt or pepper, even the garlic knots which were doused in oil and garlic stillhad barely any flavor. We LOVED Vic's! Those who wrote negative reviews do no know authentic Italian. The Veal and chicken picatta with angel hair... pasta was very filling and super tasty. The garlic rolls were large, had a generous topping, and were very soft! The house saladand dressing was typical house salad. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. Just wish we could have had enough room fordessert. We took half our pasta to go and to enjoy ahain tomorrow. We will be back though and visit Vic's every time we are inSebastian. 30 years strong and it shows! Read more
First time trying Vic's as I just moved here and was told it was a really good local spot. The pizza wasn't cut, it was... literally thrown together, like one slice had all the items on it and the slice next to it had nothing but cheese. I heard thegarlic knots were to die for, more like teeth breakers. They were super dry and as hard as a hockey puck. They also forgot themarinara for them. I called and was told I get a credit for the garlic knots next time I order but I have to say after paying35.0O for pizza, I won't be wasting my money there again. I even tipped the restaurant and it was a pickup order. Wow. Just mindblown how wrong it all was. I will say the sauce on the pizza was good but not good enough to earn a repeat customer after thatfiasco. Whoever I spoke to also rushed me off the phone, not cool.
